Has America run amok?
If the answer were “No”, that would mean America has three separate-but-equal branches of government, a representative government based on the principle of One Man One Vote, a government of the people and by the people and for the people, a government in which no person is above the law, and an independent unbiased Fourth Estate that protects We The People from a Deep State.
Some people may believe America has all that. Some prominent people certainly believe otherwise. I’m talking about prominent people in control of America. Let’s let the facts speak for themselves.
Democrat Barak Obama ran for election to the Presidency in November 2008. His campaign was based in large part on his criticism of Republican George W. Bush’s Presidency. Obama said Bush violated the Constitution by using Signing Statements, and Obama should know because he was a constitutional law professor. Obama said Bush severely damaged America’s moral authority throughout the world by not closing Guantanamo. Obama promised to never use Signing Statements. Obama promised to close Guantanamo by Executive Order on Day One. Obama’s promises got us to give him our votes. Obama used more Signing Statements than Bush. Obama never closed Guantanamo. Political lies have not been ruled to be illegal. Political lies have not been ruled to be an impeachable offense. We The People have no remedy for having our votes taken from us by fraud.
Republican Olympia Snowe was a Congresswoman from January 3, 1979 to January 3, 1995. She was a Senator from January 3, 1995 to January 3 2013. A few months after she left Congress, she had her book published: “Fighting for Common Ground: How We Can Fix the Stalemate in Congress”. After she left.
On July 10, 2016, “The New York Times” published an interview with Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She said “I can’t imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our President”. She said that her husband, who died in 2010, would have said “Now it’s time for us to move to New Zealand.” She has not recused herself from any case before the Supreme Court that involves President Donald J. Trump or any of his Administration’s policies.
On January 26, 2017, Chuck Todd hosted Ari Fleischer on “1947: The Meet the Press Podcast”. This is an excerpt of Chuck Todd’s comments about government and the Fourth Estate during the podcast: “Can you define the media for me? … I think the slippery slope of merging former government people who go into the media and vice versa, I think that has blurred the line … forty-five years ago … that began the corrosion … that is the first spot of rust on this relationship. … There are a lot of people at fault for the erosion of trust in the media … What do I think we did wrong in this election? We didn’t tell the story of all Americans. We told the story of coastal Americans. … Here’s the problem. The consumer responds to conflict. They don’t respond to the information. The consumer will say what they want, but they don’t tune into that. … I do think, and this is a … conundrum for the press corps, and it is the political correctness conundrum. … I knew how hated Hillary was in the heartland. … Where I think political correctness got in the way of what we all knew as reporters and didn’t fully deliver was how hated the Clintons were in the heartland. And I think it was a fear of, ‘Oh, is it going to look like it’s too sexist, anti-woman if we say that? … I saw ‘Hillary Clinton for Prison’ signs on lots of yards as long as you went thirty miles outside a metro area, and I think we underplayed it a little bit out of political correctness fears. … If we sort of were straight-up and blunt about — hey do we understand the level of hatred that’s out there, and you know, all the Hillary for Prison signs that are out there — we certainly would have at least made the viewer know, hey, you know, she’s not well-liked in some places in this country in ways that’s maybe times ten when it comes to Trump. … You go to almost any newsroom and I guarantee you almost all of them are from the coasts.” Does anyone know more than Chuck Todd about Fourth Estate bias?
In February 2018, the Office of the Inspector General within the U.S. Department of Justice issued a report describing the behavior of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe before he was fired. The report is titled “A Report of Investigation of Certain Allegations Relating to Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe”. The Conclusion of the report says: “As detailed in this report, the OIG found that then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ, and that this conduct violated FBI Offense Codes 2.5 and 2.6. The OIG also concluded that McCabe’s discourse of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner described in this report violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and constituted misconduct.” In August 2019, CNN hired McCabe.
On January 3, 1991, Democrat Maxine Waters became a Congresswoman. She expresses strong opposition to President Donald J. Trump. On June 25, 2018, she advocated: “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd, and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome, anymore, anywhere.” Waters’ advocacy has been effective. On June 23, 2018, the owner of a restaurant in Virginia told Republican White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders to leave because she works for Republican President Trump. On July 7, 2018, Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was harassed by Democrat protestors in parking lot outside a restaurant in Kentucky. In June 2018, McConnell and his wife were harassed by Democrat protesters while leaving an event at Georgetown University. On September 24 2018, Republican Senator Ted Cruz and his wife were forced out of a Washington restaurant by Democrat protestors. Does anyone remember Kristallnacht?
Following the 2016 Presidential election, the Democrat Speaker of the House, the Democrat Minority Leader of the Senate, the Democrat Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, Democrat Senators, Democrat Members of Congress, “The New York Times”, MSNBC hosts, CNN hosts, Democrat candidates for President in 2020, and the leadership of the FBI insisted that the Republican President who We The People elected in 2016 is a traitor, a liar, a racist, a Nazi, a White Supremacist, stupid, mentally ill, and a puppet of Russia’s President. And they persisted even after a multi-year $30 million investigation by a Special Counsel resulted in his report and testimony that he could not find sufficient evidence to support the claims against the President for which he was appointed. Democrat leadership, FBI leadership, and the Fourth Estate refuse to accept the results of the election.
And the Democrat Presidential candidate who We The People chose to not elect in 2016 (a former First Lady and Senator) insisted that We The People who voted for the winning Presidential candidate in 2016 are “deplorables” and “irredeemables”.
And in an unlawful effort to prevent We The People from having the President we elected in 2016, FBI leadership engaged in surreptitious ethical and legal misconduct. And the Fourth Estate aided that effort.
